dsh-code-coverage: AI Code Coverage Attribution Tool

The DeepSeek Harness plugin dsh-code-coverage parses DSH session logs, identifies files modified by AI, and overlays them with c8 coverage data. It generates a coverage comparison report and risk checklist for AI-generated versus human-written code, calculates a 0–100 trust score, and supports a closed-loop workflow. The plugin currently supports only JS/TS; note the Vitest configuration and command-parsing limitations.
